Joost Van Aaken
Joost Van Aaken was appointed Arodo’s General Director in April 2019. With a background as mechanical engineer in project management and in supervisory positions at international companies in the sector, he knows how to make the connection between the market, the customer, projects and technology like no other. Joost talks with a technical accent, but also brings commercial experience and a large network along with him. Turnaround time, production, first-class quality and service, these are constant points for attention with the further expansion of Arodo.
Frank Goris started in a managing position within Arodo in 1995. He has always been very closely involved in product development. Due to this he was able to realise many innovative solutions for various industries and sectors with the Arodo team. His sales team translates a client’s needs into a workable solution. It’s not about selling machines, but functional results.
Dennis Boesmans has been the Financial Manager and member of the board at Arodo since December 2016. Before he worked at Special Fruit NV where he progressed from being junior finance staff to become business and group controller. His work concentrates on translating operational and financial information into analyses to give insight into aspects of business operations to implement an informed policy. With the combination of his knowledge and experience, he endeavours to continue to safeguard and further develop Arodo’s financial strength, without affecting the core values of our organisation in offering solutions that guarantee a result.
In 1991, Jan-Mathijs first started at Arodo as an internal mechanic, after which he quickly moved on to become an external mechanic. From 1996 to 2002, in the position of service manager, he laid the groundwork for the current service department at Arodo. After working for 1 year as part of the internal sales staff he was promoted to sales manager Benelux & UK. The experience he acquired during his period as an internal and external service mechanic has proven valuable and can now often be applied during the sales process. After all, at Arodo you don’t just buy a machine, but also a solution for your packaging problems. The result matters.
Alex has been part of the Arodo Sales team since 2017. He offers direct service to clients and supports an international network of agents. He has been active within the packaging industry since the start of his career, allowing him to gain experience with the various industrial processes. Because of his passion for packaging techniques, he is able to form a link between the client’s wishes and those that try to find and offer the perfect solution. He continuously focuses on meeting your packaging needs in the best possible way.
Stephan’s career at Arodo started in 2008 with technical draughtsman training. He then became a machine building engineer and in a subsequent phase the technical and commercial manager at Arodo GmbH. Since January 2018 he has been supporting sales activities in a position in external sales. In this position he can deploy his broad experience in project planning and development as well as installation technology to create a packaging solution in line with the requirements of the customer, company and sector.
Norbert established Arodo GmbH in Germany in 1994. In so doing his years of experience in packaging technology and installation construction formed the perfect combination. The young and flexible team at the Belgian head office supported him with the many customer-specific solutions, so numerous references in various branches of industry could be noted in a very short period. As 'Sales & product support' it is his mission to advise customers and offer them optimal solutions.
Ulrich has been sales manager in Scandinavia since 2009. He has been in the packaging business - combined with internal transport / logistics - for many years. He has a technical background and has been working on technical projects for almost 20 years. This has given him great experience in listening and understanding the needs of Arodo's customers. This means that he, together with Arodo's professional staff, ensures that Arodo provides a solution and not "just" a machine.
